Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the lamp in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure it arrives back safely.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
